The reason that prompted me to start this service was in 2003 when my first wife bought a house in Lapu-lapu Cebu. She did not bother to walk 30 meters to the end of the street to notice a massive stinking lagoon over flowing into houses, and that's why the house she purchased was going so cheap. If only she noticed that we would not of purchased that house. Since then the subdivision has taken 4 years to attempt fix the problem .It's holding at the moment, till the next monsoon hits I suspect. At the time I was looking on the net for properties and working in Brisbane, I thought my ex-wife could go to Philippines and buy a house and I would follow. In Hein site, I would preferred to have had a foreigner check the property out, and they would of noticed the obvious.
